What You’ll Do:

1.     Greet and assist potential renters in finding their perfect apartment.

2.     Conduct leasing tours and answer questions about the property.

3.     Process rental applications and leasing agreements.

4.     Help maintain a welcoming community atmosphere.

5.     Utilize sales techniques to maximize occupancy rates.

Qualifications:

·        Fair Housing Certification (PP will provide this training at no cost to those who need it)

·        Strong customer service & sales skills

·        Excellent written & verbal communication skills

·        Well organized with the ability to prioritize & multi-task

·        Positive attitude & ability to work in a team environment

·        Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

·        Must be able to work at least two weekends per mo.
