Premier Placements is looking for motivated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Professionals to fill exciting roles at apartment communities across Metro Atlanta.

Position Benefits:

• $16.50/hour + Weekly Pay
• Full-time (40 hrs/week), 1st shift
• Weekends required

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist potential renters with leasing inquiries and property tours.
• Process rental applications and review lease agreements.
• Maintain accurate and organized leasing records.
• Help promote a welcoming, professional community environment.
• Respond to resident requests and assist with renewals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be fluent in both Spanish & English.
• Fair Housing Certification (training provided).
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and professional.
• Prior experience in leasing or sales is a plus.
