Are you a bilingual professional with a passion for customer service? Premier Placements is hiring Bilingual Leasing Consultants for high-demand apartment communities across Metro Atlanta.

Position Details:

• $16.50/hour, paid every Friday
• Full-time (40 hours per week), 1st shift
• Weekend availability required

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and assist prospective tenants in a friendly, professional manner.
• Conduct property showings and highlight key amenities.
• Manage leasing paperwork, applications, and compliance.
• Maintain leasing records and keep resident files updated.
• Provide outstanding customer service to existing tenants.

Your Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required.
• Fair Housing Certification (training available).
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
