Job Responsibilities:

·        Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances

·        Install HVAC units, sinks, faucets, lighting, and flooring

·        Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections

·        Maintain grounds, pools, and shared spaces

·        Provide excellent customer service to residents

What We’re Looking For:

1.     EPA Type I & II or Universal Certified HVAC Tech

2.     At least 6 months of HVAC maintenance experience

3.     Ability to work independently and troubleshoot repairs

4.     Own basic tools, gauges, and HVAC diagnostic equipment

5.     Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
