Your Responsibilities:

1. Pick up trash and remove debris from lawns, sidewalks, and entryways
2. Use blowers or power washers to maintain walkways and breezeways
3. Ensure dumpsters and trash compactors are kept clean
4. Replace light bulbs in common areas and perform touch-up painting
5. Monitor and report maintenance issues to supervisors
