LONG REVIEW ALERT!I can honestly say that working with Premier Placements has been an extremely positive... experience--from the beginning! I honestly do not have one negative thing to say about this great company. Period! I have worked with Premier Placements off and on for approximately 8 years. When I say "from the beginning" I literally mean it. From the moment I walked in for my initial interview a few years ago, then having to stop due to hip replacement surgery, to returning back to work a few months ago, they have been nothing but kind to me. Their consistency is outstanding! Once I told them I was available again to work and completed the paperwork, etc, they immediately put me to work. I have not missed a week of working only if I wanted to miss. I want to especially thank Jason for being a kind, sensitive and amazing advisor who is always looking out for me. If you are looking for a staffing agency that takes pride in what they do, Premier Placement should be your first stop.... I experienced the bad side of staffing agencies and no one ever truly treated their employees as assets. Other companies weren’t really communicative, but Premier has definitely been all of those things for me. Being new to the area and not knowing which companies will be right for me, someone referred me to their company and I was apprehensive at first. Thank God I gave them a shot! I have really felt confident to know I have Premier on my side to assist me in finding my forever home. Premier Placements has been truly a blessing. You are given the opportunity to see the methods of which properties run... first hand before having to commit fully. At first the assignments did not come as fast as I would have liked, and once an assignment arises, you have to be lightning fast or else someone will get to it first because everyone is prepared to work, just as you should expect to be when coming to this company. Once you get your first assignment and perform to the best of your abilities, you really build relationships and sometimes will be able to be at a property for weeks at a time. A great thing about his is that you have consistent work and with premier paying every week, it really comes in handy and you don’t have to wait around to get paid. My favorite part about Premier is how they hold you accountable. Patrick has been like a mentor to me and if I am ever late or behind schedule, he will call and/or message me and evaluate the situation, as well as offer words of advice and also make sure I understand how to go about things differently.
