I’ve had a really positive experience working with Premier Placements. One of the things I appreciated most was how quickly they helped me get into the workforce and start working. I also really value the flexibility. Being able to manage my availability makes it much easier to balance work with other responsibilities. Another big advantage is the opportunity to work at different properties and with different teams, supervisors, and managers. It gives you a broader view of the apartment industry and the job market, and I feel like that experience has helped me grow professionally and learn a lot. I especially want to mention Karina. From my personal experience, she has always been very friendly, supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. She is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about helping people. The same has been true with the other Premier staff I’ve worked with. They have always been professional, helpful, and quick to respond. Overall, I really appreciate the support from the Premier team, and I think it’s a great option for anyone looking to get into the apartment industry, gain experience, stay flexible, and explore different opportunities.
