We’re looking for Groundskeepers. The pay is $12/hour.

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily upkeep of the apartment buildings & grounds which includes cleaning & removing of trash
• Responsible for maintaining a professional appearance & attitude at all times
• Respond to resident requests or complaints in a respectful, courteous manner & report them to the management office
• Clears driveways & walkways of debris using equipment such as backpack blowers
• Run trash compactor as needed
• Report any problems that may need management attention
• Responsible for utilizing any personal protective equipment that is necessary for the task
• Light touch up painting both interior and exterior.
• Pet waste clean-up.
• Changing out light bulbs.
• Making keys.
• Report progress on specific tasks to Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager throughout the day & check for additional tasks to complete
