The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first person our applicants meet therefore they must create a positive, professional, and friendly impression. Our office is located in Marietta on Powers Ferry Rd. Never fear, your days will pass very quickly! We are looking for a hardworking, accurate, and solution-oriented person. The position requires attention to detail, meticulous communication, the ability to work in a busy environment, superior focus in order to complete tasks, and diligent follow-up. This position does have an upward promotion trajectory if you are interested in becoming a recruiter. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 2 pm. The pay rate will be $16 per hour.

• Extremely computer literate. Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities include:
• Answer phones and voicemails, directing calls to appropriate extension.
• Set up virtual interviews between recruiters and applicants.
• Listen and follow up with all voicemails.
• Assist candidates inquiring about employment in completing applications.
• Manage client agreement process.
• Act as liaison between our insurance company and clients.
• Upload and input appropriate information for resumes that are submitted to the company.
• Enter new temporary job orders.
• Update and maintain accurate client/employee files.
• Take pictures and distribute badges to employees.
• Documentation communications with clients, employees, and co-workers consistently.
• Meet goals and expectations to fuel company and personal growth.
• Maintain, secure, and take ownership of our shared office space.
• Other essential duties that relate to the position and company.
