Job Opening: EPA Certified Maintenance Technician

Roswell, GA – Conveniently Located off Georgia 400

Pay Rate – $23/hr Temp | $25/hr Upon Perm Hire

Full-Time | On-Call Duties Once Hired Perm | Growth Opportunities

Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the maintenance team to manage upkeep for a mid-size apartment community
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Respond to work orders and emergency/on-call requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the grounds and common areas
• Communicate effectively with property management and residents to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• EPA Certification (Type I & II or Universal) – Required
• Own reliable transportation and tools – Required
• Proven experience in multi-family or residential maintenance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to be on-call after permanent hire

Compensation:

• $23/hr during temporary placement
• $25/hr upon permanent hire by the property
