Job Summary: As a Bilingual Leasing Agent in Norcross, GA, you will work in the leasing office. You will play an integral role in the business, by building great relationships with future and current residents. As a representative of the community, you will help manage the day-to-day workflow professionally, building a positive reputation for the property.
• Weekly pay on Fridays. No Experience Required!
• Temp and Temp to Perm Opportunities
• First shift only
Bilingual Leasing Consultant Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Fair Housing Certification (Training provided at no cost for those needing certification).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Is self-motivated, and takes initiative
• Able to work in a handle high-pressure situations with composure
• Display a professional attitude and happy, energetic personality
Bilingual Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
• Conduct property tours and follow-up calls/emails
• Manage leasing process, process rental applications, obtain required documents, schedule move-ins, and prepare all lease file documents
• Inspect & maintain the cleanliness of models, amenities, vacant units, and leasing office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Participate in marketing efforts and planning social activities to increase resident retention and loyalty
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Business professional attire is required
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
• Climb up and down stairs multiple times a day
• Comfortably lift items weighing up to 20 pounds
• Apply common sense understanding and use good judgment daily
