Job Summary: As an Assistant Manager in Austell, GA, you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the property, which includes leasing efforts, rental collection, and providing excellent customer service for current and prospective residents.
• Weekly pay on Fridays
• Temp and Temp to Perm Opportunities
• First shift only
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in property management or similar field.
• Proficiency in property management software, including OneSite, Yardi, Entrata or other property management platforms.
• Fair Housing Certification (Premier Placements offers complimentary training for those who need it).
• Excellence in customer service and sales techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task seamlessly.
• A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
• Oversee timely rent collection and distribute notices as required.
• Distribute renewal notices to current residents.
• Process and research property invoices as requested.
• Meet property revenue and occupancy targets through activities like greeting potential residents, conducting tours, and showcasing apartments.
• Foster resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints, queries, and requests and taking the necessary actions to resolve service issues.
• Operate the property management software, ensuring all required fields are accurately input.
• Capture prospect traffic in online lead management system.
• Accurately record resident service requests to assist maintenance team in timely task completion.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Comfort with sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
• Climb up and down stairs several times a day.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds effortlessly.
• Apply common sense understanding and use good judgment on a daily basis.
• Ability to handle urgent and diverse situations in a calm manner.
• Flexibility to function in an office or outdoor environment.
