Job Title: Punch/Make Ready Technician

Your work directly contributes to creating a positive first impression for tenants.
Job Summary: As a Punch/Make Ready Technician in Atlanta, GA, you will ensure units are promptly prepared or restored to market-ready status.
• Weekly pay on Fridays
• Temp and Temp to Perm Opportunities
• First shift only
Punch/Make Ready Technician Qualifications:
• Be familiar with basic principles of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to efficiently work with minimal supervision.
• Rational decision-making and the capacity to use sound judgment.
• Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Provide required tools.
• Reliable transportation is required.
Punch/Make Ready Technician Responsibilities:
• Assist in trash pickup on the property.
• Proactively assess and promptly report any unsafe conditions to the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor.
• Must be aware of all utility meter cut-offs, apartment and fixture cut-offs and sewer clean-outs prior to doing any work for which this information is necessary.
• Change locks and make keys as needed.
• Assist in moving appliances to or from apartment.
• Adhere to safety standards, using personal protective equipment when needed.
• Routine maintenance of various fixtures such as shutters, doors, and windows.
• Regularly replace A/C filters.
• Perform general plumbing and basic electrical work including replacing/fixing toilets, faucets, light switches, electrical outlets, ceiling fans and light fixtures.
• Repair holes in walls and paint.
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
• Inside and outside work in all types of weather is required.
• Prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, kneeling and crouching is required.
• Frequently lift 50+ pounds across variable distances.
